Danatronics EHC-03 Corrosion Thickness Gauge
The EHC-03 is a quality, ultrasonic thickness gauge designed to accurately and non-destructively measure metal structures subject to corrosion.
Made in the USA, the EHC-03 represents a quality, ultrasonic thickness gage designed to provide years of unprecedented measurements all at an entry level price.
With the new Q-bar, even the most inexperienced operators can quickly determine if a thickness reading is stable. The EHC-03 offers a wide measurement range of 0.51 - 18.6 mm/uS, two point calibration and even multiple on-screen languages, all in a robust and durable IP54 rated housing.
Transduces
The EHC-03 was designed to work in conjunction with the DKS-537 transducer.
The DKS-537 is a 5mhz, K85 transducer with a 10mm diameter. It’s range in steel is 1mm-508mm.
It is suitable for typical application assessments of boiler tubes, storage and oil tanks, pipes, pressure vessels compressor shafts plus much more.
