Terms & Conditions for Wholesale Ordering & Delivery

All Wholesale stock is kept in the Auckland Wholesale Warehouse (address details above). No other locations hold stock for Wholesale supply.

  • For same day dispatch, all orders must be received by 12pm.
  • All orders are to be accompanied by an official purchase order, either by email or fax. Phone orders are not accepted.
  • Orders can be collected from the warehouse by the Wholesale company only. Advanced notification is required for pickup as well as an email/fax of the purchase order, so that the order can be picked, checked and is ready for collection upon arrival.
    Resellers own customer collections and pickups are not permitted.
  • Not all products offered by the master company Accurate Instruments are available for Wholesale resale.
  • Unless an agreement exists with the reseller, freight costs apply for all deliveries.
  • Accurate Wholesale do not send direct to resellers own customers unless prior agreements are in place.
  • Accurate Wholesale accepts no responsibilities for courier services, delivery times and their performance. We endeavour to use the most reliable, cost effective and efficient services available.
