Danatronics ECHO 9 Thickness Gauge
The ECHO 9 from Danatronics is an advanced ultrasonic thickness gauge with a simultaneous live color A-Scan and Thickness display
The Danatronics™ ECHO 9 series represents one of the most advanced thickness gauge ever. Available in 4 models, the ECHO 9 offers a 3.5” high resolution sunlight readable color LCD display with live A-Scanning and an extensive range of Transducers for various thickness testing applications and materials.
MODELS
ECHO 9
ECHO 9 is a thickness only gauge with 4 or 25 Hz scan mode, Echo to Echo software which measures the metal thickness only, ignoring the coating thickness, manual range adjustment and auto zoom tracking to center echos independent of the selected range.
ECHO 9W
The ECHO 9W adds a live color A-scan waveform, where the user can adjust the range, gain, blanks and rectification. ECHO 9W also includes the ability to display the thickness of the coating and the substrate thicknesses at the same time as well as the ability to calibrate on their individual sound velocities.
ECHO 9DL
ECH0 9DL is the data logging version of the ECHO 9. It includes all the features of the ECHO 9 with the export to excel functionality. 2GB removable micro SD card memory comes as standard, with the capacity to use other Micro SD cards up to 32GB. The Data XL interface program is used to export saved readings to a PC.
ECHO 9DLW
The ECHO 9DLW comes with everything included in the other ECHO 9 Series thickness gauge models. It is basically a ECHO 9W and ECHO 9DL combined. This therefore gives you the live color A-scan waveform with data logging abilities as well displaying the coating and substrate thicknesses at the same time with calibration of their individual sound velocities.
