Danatronics ECHO 8 Corrosion & Precision Thickness Gauge

The Danatronics™ ECHO 8 is a hand held corrosion and precision ultrasonic thickness gauge with 1 micron resolution, datalogging and a live waveform (A-Scan).

Made in the USA, Danatronics™ ECHO 8 handheld ultrasonic gauges are designed for the precision determination of thickness and corrosion, predominantly in steel. There are 4 models available in the ECHO 8 series;

MODELS

ECHO 8
ECHO 8 is a thickness only gauge with a color display, readable even in bright sunlight. It features dual transducers in .001” or .01” resolution as well as Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3 measurement.

ECHO 8W
The ECHO 8W adds a live color A-scan waveform, where the user can adjust the range, gain, blanks and rectification. ECHO 8W also includes the ability to display the thickness of the optional oxide scale and the boiler tube wall thicknesses at the same time as well as the ability to calibrate on their individual sound velocities.

ECHO 8DL
ECH0 8DL is the data logging version of the ECHO 8. It includes all the features of the ECHO 8 with the export to excel functionality. 2GB removable micro SD card memory comes as standard, with the capacity to use other Micro SD cards up to 32GB. The Data XL interface program is used to export saved readings to a PC.

ECHO 8DLW
The ECHO 8DLW comes with everything included in the other ECHO 9 Series thickness gauge models. It is basically a ECHO 8W and ECHO 8DL combined. This therefore gives you the live color A-scan waveform with data logging abilities as well displaying the thickness of the optional oxide scale and the boiler tube wall thicknesses at the same time with calibration of their individual sound velocities.
