James Instruments WM-250 Concrete Rebound Hammer
The WM250 is a manual rebound "Schmidt Type" hammer which provides quick and easy concrete compressive strength test in the field.
Manual Test Hammers provide the most economical, quick and easy concrete compressive strength test in the field. They will also provide and indices of hardness and compressive strength for other construction materials.
The gauge in the WM250 shows the rebound value after each depress test. Compare the average rebound number from the multiple depressed tests, to the diagram provided on the side of the WM-250. The rebound number is used to estimate the compressive strentgh of the concrete in pounds per square inch (PSI).
A benefit of using manual rebound hammers is it is easy to use the manual calculations of the mean rebound number.
The James Instruments WM250 has been tested in accordance with the EU regulations governing electro-magnetic compliance, meeting the requirements.
