Operating under Level 2 and 3 - keeping you safe
Like many, we look forward to life and business getting back to normal as quickly as possible.
At Accurate, the safety of our staff and customers is paramount.
As a team, we moved early to have a procedure in place as soon as Level 3 began in New Zealand and to have our doors open for our customers. We are proud to say that Accurate is fully operational with our normal showroom and service opening hours of 7.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with staff on-site to help with any questions you may have.
Our 24/7 online webshops are available for shipping or click and collect, and along with service and hire, we have contactless pick-up/drop off stations set up at both the Auckland and Christchurch branches.
Our branches have Covid-19 hygiene and distancing signage, cones, markings and cordoned off areas – this is to allow for our contactless pick-up and drop off areas and to keep staff and customers at the required 2-metre distance from each other.
Our stations, doors and key contact surfaces are sanitised daily, and we have a contact tracing list to record all visitors.
Our service technicians have been rostered to work split shifts to minimise the risk of too many workers together at one time. All our staff have easy access to PPE gear and hygiene products such as gloves and sanitiser – these are also available for purchase to our visiting customers.
Accurate is committed to keeping our customers safe and up to date with how we are navigating through this uncertain time. We are sending out regular emails, social media posts and staff are available to help with any questions or concerns you may have regarding instrumentation, hire or service.
